In accordance with the ordinance of the Ministery of Health, Welfare and Sport regarding
SARS-CoV-2 PCR diagnostics, this document certifies this person has been tested
with a Nasopharyngeal (deep nose) & Oropharyngeal (throat) swab, at a TESTCENTRUM NEDERLAND location,
under the strict supervision of Dr. A. Novitski, medical doctor.
STATUS REPORT OF INFECTION ON THE DATE OF THE PCR TEST:
NEGATIVE
(no SARS-CoV-2 virus is found)
A negative result indicates that no COVID-19 virus has been found. We have recommended our customer to monitor their complaints carefully. Should COVID-19-related complaints nevertheless arise, we have recommended them to perform a test again. In case of a positive result, we have advised them urgently to contact the GGD.
